"Poppies represent resilience and inner strength. They thrive and bloom in difficult environments. Sometimes, I feel like motherhood is a little like this. It’s an ongoing journey that, at times, feels unbelievably tough - but through the darkness and fog, I know I am growing into the best version of myself.

When I paint, it becomes a time-out from my chaotic life (and mind); a chance to find peace in the flow state of creating."
