Q. Do you offer refunds or exchange for change of mind?
A. All prints are made to order and all artworks are bespoke, so unfortunately no, returns for change of mind reasons are not possible. 

Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. Shipping is calculated at checkout and its cost is dependant on the print, artwork or product ordered and your location

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. I sure do! All unframed prints have international shipping options available at checkout. For original artworks please contact me directly for a shipping quote

Q. I placed an online order a week ago and now see that you have a sale. Can I have a refund of the difference?
A. Unfortunately, I cannot accomodate requests like this. I know it's a kick in the guts when you buy something and it then goes on sale - trust me when I say, I've experienced this too! Generally speaking, I will have sales at popular times of year (e.g. EOFY, pre-Christmas), however a lot of my sales are spontaneous and factor in with my life at the time (e.g. I'm about to go on holiday, so have an impromptu sale before I leave and temporarily close my store). Sales are often a very popular order period, so even though it may be disappointing to know you purchased your item prior, at least you have the guarantee of securing the exact item you wanted

Q. How will my artwork arrive?
A. Original artworks and stretched and framed limited edition canvas prints will be packed securely with bubble wrap, cardboard corners and in a custom cardboard box. Unframed limited edition prints and posters will be rolled in an industrial strength mailing tube

Q. My item arrived damaged/hasn't arrived at all - what do I do?
A. Once your item has been shipped, I hold no liability for damaged or lost parcels. Please get in contact with me if your item has arrived damage/not at all and I will put you in touch with the shipping company

Q. Do you create commission pieces?
A. Yes, and I love it! Check out the commissions page for more info

Q. Do your artworks come framed?
A. All original artworks come shadow framed in raw solid timber (unless stated otherwise). Limited edition paper and canvas prints have the option of coming unframed (rolled in a mail tube) or framed in either Oak, Black or White

Q. I love the exact way the artwork looks framed and scaled in the product image. Will mine look like that?
A. Please be aware that print and framing previews are not to scale. The images included are an indication only. The scale and proportions differ between print sizes or original artwork sizes, as the framing has a consistent profile size and is not increased or decreased based on print or original artwork canvas size

Q. Do you have a gallery or studio that I can view your works in the flesh?
A. Unfortunately (aside from any originals I have at stockists), my works cannot be viewed in person. If you ever have any questions about the look of a piece that I have online, please reach out and I would be more than happy to send further videos/photos

​Q. I've just ordered a print, how long will it be until I receive it?
A. All prints are made to order. Unframed prints are usually shipped within 1-2 weeks and framed prints within 2-3 weeks. You will receive an email and SMS with tracking details once your item has been shipped. Shipping timeframes vary greatly depending on your location and time of year however most prints are delivered within 7 to 10 days of being shipped

Q. I own a store and would like to stock your work - do you wholesale?
A. Yes, I love taking on new stockists that share the same love for all things colour just like me! Please reach out via my contact page
