Returns & Refunds
1. Return Eligibility
Original Artworks:
All sales of artworks are final. Returns are only accepted if the artwork is damaged during transport.
Limited Edition & 'The Poster Place Prints:
All prints are custom and made to order. All sales of prints are final. Returns are only accepted if the print is damaged during transport.
Apparel
If you're not fully satisfied with your apparel purchase, Amy Gibbs Design is happy to offer a return. Please review the following conditions to ensure your return is eligible and can be processed promptly and accurately.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and can either be exchanged for another item or returned for store credit.
- Items should be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
- Items must be unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. They should also be free from makeup, self-tanner, scents, pet hair, deodorant, perfumes, or laundry detergent stains
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Amy Gibbs Design cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged by your chosen courier during the return process
Amy Gibbs Design upholds the right to refuse a return if these standards are not met. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer
PURCHASES WITH BUY NOW PAY LATER OPTIONS E.G. AFTERPAY
If you placed your order using one of these payment options, your payments will proceed as planned until the full amount is paid. Once paid in full, you’ll receive store credit for the total amount, minus the original shipping and return shipping costs, which you can use to purchase something else you love from Amy Gibbs Design
2. Damage Claims
If your apparel, artwork or print arrives damaged, please take photos of the item plus any associated packaging and contact amy@amygibbsdesign.com.au. If the item arrives in packaging that is obviously damaged beyond a point with which the contents could be intact, please do not remove the item from the packaging.
3. Replacement or Refund
Upon verification of the damage, we will either send a replacement (in the case of a print) or issue a refund, including shipping costs (in the case of an original artwork). In some cases, it may be possible for original artworks to be repaired by a qualified artwork restorer.
